Seafood Trading is a fast growing division of Austral Fisheries that specialises in innovative sourcing and marketing of quality sustainable seafood. In November 2008 Austral Fisheries took ownership of Sontari Foods (now known as Austral Fisheries – Seafood Trading Division), a Sydney based seafood importing business. In 2011 this Sydney operation expanded to include Brisbane and Perth offices.
Our Seafood Trading Division provides distribution and support to all major Australian cities and provides a quality service that is backed up by exceptional products sourced from environmentally conscious and reliable suppliers.
