Terms and conditions
1. Competition Promoter is: Austral Fisheries of registered office address: 4/50 Oxford Close, West Leederville WA 6007.
2. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or anyone connected in any way with the competition, or involved in judging the competition, will not be permitted to enter.
3. There is no entry fee or purchase required to enter the competition.
4. The competition will run from midnight Sunday 1st December 2019 to midnight Monday 20th January 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. Two winners will be drawn at random to each win a 5kg box of Karumba banana prawns. One winner will be drawn on Friday 20th December, and the second winner will be drawn on Monday 20th January 2020.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. Entrants must be WA residents over 18 years of age, and must supply a valid email address to enter the competition.
8. Limit to one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
9. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of each closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted during this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. Austral can deliver the prawns to a Perth Metro address (within 20km of CBD) within 48 hours, or they can be collected from the Austral Fisheries offices at 4/50 Oxford Close West Leederville WA 6007.
11. By entering this competition, entrants are indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
13. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used soley in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
